Microsoft Media Centre Remote Code Help

Hi,
I am new to this remote code thing and I hope I found the right place to ask this question.
We got our daughter a bubble console which uses remote codes to control dvd players, etc.

Anyway, I am tring to find out the four digit code to allow the console to work with our media centre. I have emailed bubble but they have not yet got round to finguring it out.
So please could someone please help me out by telling me how to find the code or the code itself?
