Dtivo and 8811 - a few questions

I used the upgrade for the Dtivo with the multiple codes and it works. I have 2 Dtivos that I want to control so I loaded it twice with different remote codes.

I noticed that having the 2 upgrades uses a lot of the space for the key moves.

1. Is there another way around this to load the upgrade once and change the code on the fly? I guess that I could remove some of the key moves that I don't use.

2. I didn't see a button for the now playing list?

3. How do I set a button for the shift key?

4. There was a lot of trial and error getting the 8811 to work. Is there a way to clear its memory or should I be able to see everything loaded on the unit by downloading from it?

5. What is the difference between the Rob IR and the stock IR program?
