Directv HD DVR Protocol help

I just received a Directv HD DVR HR10-250 for my birthday. I did not see this device in the files so I was going to create an upgrade for my 15-2116 using learning. The protocol from the original remote is Tivo-NEC unit=0, Device 133, Sub-Device 48. I do not see this protocol listed in the Keymap-Master spreadsheet. For all of my previous upgrades I have been able to use an existing protocol, so I know nothing about creating a new protocol. What do I do next? Thanks for any help.

All TiVo except for Sony TiVo/DTiVo use the same code. You can ues a built-in code either VCR/0618 or SAT/1142 or just Use this device upgrade.
