Losing Select/OK mapping on first device

Hi

I have (among others!) a dreambox v3 jp1 remote on which I wish to have 3 upgrades - this is fine as the remote supports 4 devices.

Which ever upgrade I map to the first device (labeled "dream" in the rdf), I loose the mapping to the OK button. Everything else works fine and I can map the function of OK to a spare button. Maybe the remote is a slower or less respnsive than with the single, supplied upgrade.

Snagging the codes on the no good OK in a learning 7560, I see

"Unknown 0 KHz Signal" &
Sent once when key is pressed:
+20 -162 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106 +20 -106

and similar stuff for upon completion.

Anyone have an idea on what is happening here?

I've uploaded my ir file.

Thanks

Some more info, this is somehow associated with the DBOX2 remote upgrade and its protocol.

As the 176 protocol is not known in KM or RM, I created an rdmu based entirely on the Nokia Quad protocol - but still get exactly the same problem.

I've uploaded this new rdmu as https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=1808

This upgrade works ok (with some key moves) in my urc 7650.

I suspect this must be an rdf problem.

Any comments?

OK to resolve my own problem, at least with the Nokia Quad protocol version - the problem was that I had not specified the protocol device parameters (device 1 = 13, device 2= 64)

I'm still not sure why the OFA supplied 167 protocol kills the dreambox remote.
