JP1 Remotes

There is a problem with the Delcom USB chip used in the Filebug USB cable. The chip programmer must have made a change to the code and it is now causing an error on all uploads to the remote. I will be contacting them Monday to discuss this issue. In the meantime, please send me an email at jp1@filebug.com for return and replacement information. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Refreshing to see this post. Many would try to play it off as compatibility and let the user be stuck.

The problem with the USB upload errors has been resolved and all defective cables have been replaced. Thanks for your patience!
