This upgrade uses "NEC 2DEV combo" protocol instead of "device combiner"

Some UEI remotes have "NEC 2DEV combo" builtin so in that case you save 93 bytes of device/protocol memory by not needing to upload "device combiner" protocol.

In particular RS 15-2116/7, URC 6131, Replay 5000, and other remotes include "NEC 2DEV combo"

KM will generate the "NEC 2DEV combo" protocol if your remote doesn't have it builtin. In that case, you need to upload both the device upgrade and the protocol upgrade.

Includes discrete input select, discrete on/off, and all OEM remote functions.

discrete input selects function as "discrete on + input select"
