What's it for? How to use it?

It's a file section. It's a replacement for the Yahoo file section. I'm not sure what else I can say about it.

Hmm...
My question was about the purpose of the URL input boxes. Just curious.
Rob, I KNOW I'm dealing with a replacement file section, honest :)

I think the URL is used for retrieving the contents of the file from somewhere on the www, instead of uploading from your PC.

Sorry, your original question wasn't very clear. Normally, when you load a file, you're loading it from your harddrive, so you should use the BROWSE button to locate the file in question.

The "File URL" button allows you to add links to files that are actually stored elsewhere, it doesn't appear to actually copy the file.

By way of a temporary example, I just added a link to a user manual on the OFA web site:

Thanks, Rob, I think I get it. Nice feature. I just tried it out on external source. It worked.
