HTPRo from X10

I had ordered the HTPro from X10, but when it was not delivered along with the rest of my order I called them only to find out that the HTPro was no longer in stock and they would be refunding me.

So, I was surprised this morning to discover that there was a bvox on my doorstep from last evening from X10 with a HTPRo inside. YEs!

The additional buttons (vs. my C7) should give more room to play with.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered on Feb 20th. When I hadn't received the order by last weekend, I sent them an email asking for a status. This was their reply...

You should very shortly see a credit back on your card; we could not send these items out. Please accept our apologies.

I suppose that if I hadn't asked, they wouldn't have told me

Note that they had already charged my card.

But on Wednesday when I got home from work, I was surprised to find a box from FedEx with the 3 remotes that I ordered.

I am so excited... nothing yet though.

But, they have never charged my card.

Oh wait, they are just remote controls - is my life REALLY that boring?

I guess I got lucky. I called and they said they were on backorder - then they reversed the charge on my credit card and sent me the remotes anyway

Yep, I noticed they were Bluedo as well.

Wonder if they got 'em from X-10?

So far it appears that the only late comers that got them had their card charged first. They still haven't charged mine and no remotes.

I did place an order myself, though I was kinda late. I don't have any remotes yet but they have charged my card.

I placed an order on Sunday. Just called and they are still backordered. She is supposed to be cheking on an ETA for them. I am not holding my breath.
