JP1 Remotes

I recently completed my first upgrade of a 15-2116 to include 2 TiVo's, an Onkyo receiver and a widescreen. The "Just How Easy It Is" and the "JP1 For Beginners" documentation were invaluable in helping me to accomplish my upgrade. I have seen .rdf extender files for my remote and have read the readme file but I can not find a user guide (like Tommy Tyler's JP1 for Beginners) for step-by-step guidance for extenders. Is there one available?
