I have a URC9960 that I want to use for a Sony SVR-2000 Tivo. I need to map keys for the Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down buttons. I've gotten the advanced codes list, but I have no idea of how to program the codes and assign the keys. Can someone help?

Thanks.

I am not sure of the question. Is it that you want to assign the functions with jp1 or directly on the remote?

If it is directly on the remote it is the keymover function in the manual.

If it is jp1 then you can either assign the functions in KM or RM and load them in IR then upload them to the remote or just download the remote to IR add the functions as keymoves in IR and upload it back to the remote.

The advanced codes are Thumbs up-066, Thumbs down-062, to map them:

1. press and hold SETUP for two blinks
2. press OTHER
3. enter 9-9-4
4. press DEVICE key (PVR)
5. tap SETUP for one blink
6. enter advanced code, 062 for thumbs down
7. pick a key

It was directly on the remote. Thanks to both of you. I got it working.
