Emerson TV code for Replay remote needed.

1. Device: Emerson TV model: EWF2704
2. Type of device: TV
3. JP1 Remote model: ReplayTV 5040 remote
4. JP1 user? Have cable, but am a total newbie.
5. Still have original remote? Yes.
6. Checked Yahoo file section? Yes.
7. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C)? Yes.

I have tried all the Emerson codes. I do not have a learning remote. Next Idea or direction would be appreciated!

I found one Emerson TV upgrade in the JP1 TV files. It is a modified version of TV/0236.

I found one Emerson TV file in the LIRC collection. It matches setup code TV/0463

I found one Emerson TV file in the Premise collection. It also matches setup code TV/0463

I think both those setup codes are built-in on the REplay remote. So try them (again).

I don't have the brand to setup code table for your remote, so maybe those are the ones you already tried.

You might need a learning remote to find out the data to reprogram your Replay remote.

I just tried both 0236 and 0463 again. No success.

Thanks again for looking. New remote may be the only solution.
