Hello..
total newbie here. Im just starting to collect all the hardware i need for my new hobby.. My dilema is that i can get either the 15-2116 or 15-2117. Im not to sure which route to go.. the 15-2117 is on closeout and its for 15 bucks.. if price was the key issue i would definitely go with the 2117 but i want to make sure it will be able to be programmed. And additionally I need all the support from the forums as posssible. If I would save myself a bunch of headaches Ill just go with the 2116.. Opinions are welcome. thx. |

The 15-2117 is a 15-2116 plus an extra part that you might or might not need, but it won't do any harm nor change the programming.
If the 15-2117 is less expensive than the choice is a total no brainer. |

Where can you still find the 2117? Two days ago, I asked a local RS to do a search and they told me that there were none in any store. If you know there is still one somewhere, I will go back and ask them to search again. |
