|
|
I have a URC-8811 remote.
I have the following info to create On and Off discretes for my Pioneer DV-270S DVD player.
DVD/0571
Pioneer:163:153 Pioneer:175:187 Off EFC 035
Pioneer:163:153 Pioneer:175:186 On EFC 031
I have the IR and KM programs but have no idea how to use the info or what to do. Once I teach my 8811 they will be transfered to my MX-500.
Can anyone find time to explain the process or provide a link to a guide ?
The hifi-remote guides haven't been much help.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
Thankyou. |

Program keymoves using DVD/0571 in IR.exe, then instead of entering EFCs enter the following hex code...
on = A2 01
off = 22 01 _________________ Rob

It worked a treat. Thankyou.
How did you work out this? It might save me having to ask stuff in the future.
Thanks |

Fire up KM and select the Pioneer MIX protocol, then read the "Protocol Help" page, it'll explain how to do it.
Bascially I entered the codes you posted and quoted you the hex code that KM generated so that you could program them as keymoves rather than creating an upgrade as you were just going to transfer them to another remote anyway. _________________ Rob
