Just thought I would post some information for those of you who are looking for a nice and cheap JP1 capable remote. The original RCU810 remote I had was stolen and I couldn't find them for sale anywhere locally. One night I stumbled onto this site, and the price (< $10!!!) is much more reasonable than the $50 I shelled out 3 years ago.
Here's the link: http://mcm.newark.com/NewarkWebCommerce/mcm/en_US/endecaSearch/partDetail.jsp?SKU=58-8890&N=4
If you order, you'll probably notice that they never tell you the shipping cost. Well, I ordered two and they billed me a little over $5 to ship them both. And shipping was fast too!!! |

Might want to remind peple that they will have to solder in the JP1 connector when they get it. _________________ dlevin_99@yahoo.com |

Cool I have one of those.
(I also paid 50 new, and stopped using after newer eqip was not programmed in)
I don't know how to modify one YET.
I can't really solder either |
