Discrete input codes for Panasonic PW6

Hi,

I'm after the discrete input codes for a Panasonic PW6 display. Can anybody help? I need them preferably in Pronto format. I've done a search on this forum, and there seems to be something for the PW5, but as far as I can make out this will not work with the PW6.
I've done a search on remotecentral.com and there are some generic ones there, but again not specific to the PW6. In addition they do not include the RGB (Scart) input, possibly becuase this option is not used in the US (I beleive).
