?? HOW TO: DISHTV 322 RF Tuner control

Hi Guys,
I'm hoping someone has some insight into this.
I have a DISHTV 322 receiver. It has two tuners one controlled by IR and one by RF.

What are my options for controlling the RF tuner? Do I have to buy a couple of the DISHTV remotes? I understand that there isn't a universal RF remote, per se, but is there another solution?

The big piture is this, I have a channel modulator that I feed replaytv, dvd and dish into it. I would like to have one remote to control it. But with this RF, I keep running into brick walls.

I don't understand how one device could have certain functions controlled by IR and others controlled by RF, are you 100% certain that this is the case?

I think the answer is to figure this out rather than trying to figure out how to send an RF signal.

Hi Rob,
Yeah, this DISHTV 322 reciever has two tuners, it comes with 2 remotes. Tuner 1 is IR and tuner 2 is RF. It's irriitating because they don't have a switch to flip to switch control from RF to IR. But reading on the web it seems that you gotta solder some resisters and other stuff to get it (the second tuner) to respond to IR!
