ofa-6131 with Samsung DVD/VCR (0820)

Newbie here! Trying to use ofa-6131 with Samsung DVD/VCR. Code 0820 works ok. Some advanced codes work ok, but cannot get advanced code for power (code 695) to work on power key or another key. Also tried 439and 183. Is there another code for power that will work?
