Subject: Wanted: Used Lexmark/Dell Ink-jet Cartridges

If you do not personally refill your ink-jet cartridges, don't trash them, I would like to have them, these cartridges will be used for personal use and not resold!

I will reimburse any shipping costs to get the cartridges to my home if requested.

The reason for the request is as follows:

Lexmark, like many other printer companies, has started 'burning' into the cartridges electronics a serial number, which is read by the printer, and even if the cartridge is not dry, and/or has been refilled once, the printer says the cartridge has been 'used up' the printer starts "acting up", insert a cartridge with a different serial number, even if this cartridge has been used on another printer and then refilled, printer "A" does not know that printer "B" has 'used up' the cartridge and stops "acting up".

This has to be the cartridge with the highest refill failure rate of any 'Foam Filled' cartridge on the market. Maybe four refills before the foam breaks down and clogs the ink-jets to the point of not being able to clean them for refilling.
