Need someone to program my OFA URC-9910

Hi gang:
My wife and I received an HT-DB600 home theater system as a gift from a friend, but it didn't include the factory remote. One problem with this system is there are functions that you cannot access without a remote control.
I have a One For All URC-9910 universal remote but no JP1 cable. Please let me know what your fees are to upgrade the remote so it will work with my HT system. I can mail it out right away and pay you via paypal.
