On the Buttons screen, the width of all three rows of function names appears to be governed by the longest of all the function names, not just the names in that particular column. If a function name is long enough, the three colums occupy the full width of the window and no button assignments are shown. Since the scroll bars only control the width of the sub-window holding the three columns of function names, the button assignment columns are inaccessible.

Not a serious problem if you recognize what's going on. But, if you don't, you can waste a lot of time "chasing your tail".
