From what he said, he copied the protocol upgrade. however, what I didn't see in his post was:
The upgrade was written for the 6131 with extender. He's using a 2116. Did he change the remote in KM to reflect using a 2116 instead? He may also need to check button assignments.

Apologies to all! Alain's protocol and device files do work on the RS15-2116 ... I just needed to put the camera in the right mode
For what it's worth, the protocol generated by protocol builder for the 15-2116 was the same as for the 6131 with extender (compatible processors, etc).
Thanks for a useful addition to the list of devices supported!

Are you the same Eiffel from AVS Forum that put together the great FAQ on HDTV cards for PC's?
Either way, welcome to JP1. _________________ -Jon |

If you use the S3C8 "Generic" option, PB will create code that KM can then translate to ANY S3C8 remote. _________________ Mark |

Yes, that's me! Thanks for the welcome.
I've been dabbling with JP1 remotes for a while (first with a 15-1994, and now with a couple of 15-2116/7). I must say that all the great advice and support I've seen here and at hifi-remotes has been invaluable... I actually ended up selling my pronto!
