SANYO TV DISCRETE CODES ON OFF

Hi i have a Sanyo TV (MODEL: DS20930) it's advanced code number is 0154 found on

the thing is , i really can not tell which EFC number is the one for discrete on/off.
Same Thing on DISCRETES on my Panasonic VCR (MODEL: NV-FJ610) Advanced code number is 0162 !!!

i've been through www.remotecentral.com, but nothing i could use.


What can i do to determine these 2 discrete EFC functions on my Sanyo TV and VCR:?:

I doubt that there is a discrete Off or On for any TV's that use setup code TV_0154, that is what we call the four digit code. Advanced codes= EFC

There actually was one discrete command listed near the bottom:
016 - tunes to channel 3 (also works as a DISCRETE ON)

There is also a generic discrete commands section. A number of manufacturers use the same EFC code across the board. There is a listing of those here including Panasonic:
EFC 022 - On
EFC 026 - Off
