Universal Remote

I have a Samsung TV, Panasonic Digital TV box and a Panasonic DVD/Surround system.

I want to buy a controller that I can program with macros, ie. "Power" turns on all devices and volume controls the AV system rather than the TV etc.

I have a couple of friends that have the Philips Pronto remote, and the Kameleon 4in1.

I like the look of the 8in1 Kameleon, but will it do what I want? If not what is the best programable touch screen remote to buy. I'm scanning ebay for a suitable controller.

Any help would be appreciated.
