and i've tried the past testsi have a 9960 ( 9960 BJ3 printed on a sticker in the battery holder)
i have a USB JP1 cable and pogo bought from filebug
i have tried on different Pc with XP and 2000 and using different USB ports on front and back and on a hub (which crashed my pc
)i'm using ir 5.06 and older version tried with the USb drivers installed and tested with IR driver status
When i test with the battery's in i get
SDA is being held low. make sure Batteries are installed in the remote.
if i turn the cable so pin 1 is the other way i get
SDA is being held high.
When i test with batterys out, i get

and if i test not connected i get Remote not acknowleging so i know the cable can see the remote but i can't get past this point so i can start using the JP1 and start using my remote.
Any help or other test's to try would help, cheers
