Do you have a protocol for removing files from yahoo? If I remove a file I placed for one user and there is now a link from messages here, will that cause problems? Should the file stay as is? I suspect it's a judgement call. The file is ok but I work on it as time permits so it's not the last word. |

Are you talking about a file in the Diagnosis Area folder, or a regular device upgrade file? Upgrade files should stay there forever, except for when you replace them with improved versions. Files in the Diagnosis Area should be deleted as soon as the issue is resolved. Every so often, one of the moderators will go through that folder and delete everything that's more than a month or so old. _________________ Rob

Thanks. Good protocol.
Not a file for diagnosis. File stays. _________________ Liz
