JP1 Remotes

Using IR.EXE, and my 15-2117 remote, the device button list shows the eight devbices indicated by the buttons on the remote. In addition, the list shows db-8 thru db14.

Does anyone know what these are and what they are used for? I've searched the files and can find nothing relative to these items. Thanks in advance for your help.
