I am growing tired of this conversation, either you accept how it is or you don't. When you ask if a universal remote is compatible with a specific device, what you are asking is "is there a code in this remote for this device?" and one assumes that if the answer is "yes", you would like to know what the code is. Furthermore, if you have a JP1 cable, you can load the code if it isn't already in the remote, so we would need to know if you have a cable in order to answer that. If we don't have an upgrade and there isn't a code in the remote, we need to know if you still have the original remote because then we can tell you how to learn the buttons from the original remote and build an upgrade yourself. Can you start to see how 16 years of helping people find codes for their remotes means we know what we're doing? _________________ Rob
