Getting codes for speciic UEI remotes.

Just for my own education, is it possible to get the codes generated by a specific remote? For example, a user has just told me that CCI told him that their box uses the UEI 2025B1-BB, which under normal circumstances doesn't help me. But am I missing something ?

Well, we have a RDF file for a URC-2025, which may be similar or the same as the remote you mention. But the provider may have added their own upgrade before giving it to their customers. If the user can blink back a setup code, then we can normally figure out what signals are being sent.
