Now that is what I call dedication!alanrichey wrote:Just to let you know you are not being ignored, I'm in hospital at the moment, but will look into this when I get back home.
I did try and help out, but I can't find H-TV as a manufacturer. I tried using Android as a manufacturer, but couldn't find H-TV as a model either.
I hope what ever puts you "in hospital" or as we Americans say "in the hospital" is not too serious. Take care!

Safely back home and reunited with my laptop

I struggled as well but did find a manufacturer called H.TV and they did a box called the H-TV2. And it uses the same codes (NEC1 128:255) as a lot of one-off boxes. (Such as the Erastar ER-3000, Prima PM-698, Coolstream ZEE, Iris 9600 HD, Zehnder DX 860e, HomeWorx HW-150PVR, Teac HDB-850, Echostar DSB 791 & OpenBox X3...)
So worth a try, it's uploaded at

Hello Alan,
I installed your codes to my Slingbox Pro-HD to control a H.TV HTV3 box (a newer version than HTV2) and I encountered some issues. Hoping you can help me resolve.
The "power" button seems to be working. But other buttons appear to be received/interpreted twice by the HTV3 box, i.e. the box thinks the button has been pressed twice making navigation using the cursor buttons (up/down/left/right) a bit tricky. The "OK/Select" key is also behaving similarly.
Any help or pointers would be much appreciated.

Thank YOU to ALL for the IR codes !
Now I just have to figure out if there is a way to have the HTV3 box turn on the video output on both the HDMI (connect to my TV) and the composite outputs (connect to my sling). Right now I can only use one-at-a-time. This is what the HTV3 box does, by default, apparently.
Any sling-er out there figured this one out ?
Thanks in advance !
