What you're supposed to do is program it once on the ez site, that way you will get the right drivers loaded locally on your computer, then after that you can use RMIR to program it.
But that first pass is important, not only to get the drivers, but because UEI really does have thousands upon thousands of codes available, many more than they typically install in an individual remote.
