Hi Everyone,

I am looking for remote controller codes for Andoer DVB-T2 High Definition HD Digital Video Broadcasting Terrestrial Receiver Set Top Box -
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00T4AESM8/

It's China manufactured of course and neither set top box, not remotes have any indication for brand or model.

I currently have both Slingbox Pro and Slingbox 350.
I did go through all custom codes in the legacy Sling player for Windows (with Slingbox Pro) but only two codes worked:

Code 45 - right
Code 103 - Right?

basically nothing...

The Slingbox Remote Control Manager site is unavailable in order for me to custom program the new remote.

Any ideas how to program or learn this remote?

I read Alan Richey's - How to create custom remote upgrade, but I don't have the hardware needed.

Any ideas?

Also, would having Logitech Harmony Ultimate (Home) help in any way?
It does have the IR learning capability as far as I know, but how do I transfer them to PC and then convert to .BIN file acceptable for Slingbox?

Thanks

Does the Harmony have a code listed for the Andoer, and if so, does it work? If it does, Al will be able to load it into his Harmony and create a bin file for you.

If it doesn't have a code, you should go ahead and learn all the buttons from the Andoer remote (including ones you don't think you need) and then when Al gets here, he will let you know how to load your Harmony memory into his Harmony account (if you have compatible remotes).

Thanks Robman for info.
Harmony does not have the codes for Andoer, so it would have to learn them.
I will wait for Al then to check whether our remotes are compatible.

Or you could be learning them now so that you're ready for Al. After all, I assume you will need to learn them anyway if you want to use your Harmony with the device.

I actually want to use it only for remote viewing with Slingbox 350.
I will start the learning process with Harmony then, never done it before, but will try and wait for Al Smile
Thanks

Sorry, had a short holiday Very Happy

The Logitech software is more important than the Harmony model. I can use the MyHarmony software or the 7.0 Desktop Software. You can either learn it on your account and PM me the login details, or learn it on my account, in which case tell me which software package and I will PM you the login details.

Hi Al,

Just sent you PM with myharmony login details.

Logitech Harmony 700 learnt 90% of the codes with just three buttons, I just added some additional ones manually.

Thanks again for your help

OK, all done. A few oddities:

Favourites and Subtitles gave the same code ?
Closed Caption and Text gave the same code ?

Great!
Many thanks Alan for your help!

They work fine now, with the exception of favorites and Text.
Don't really need these, not even sure what "text" does...

Thanks again

Even so, could you please do us a favor and re-learn those buttons just so we can have a complete upgrade.

Chances are, the next person who uses this will complain that these 2 buttons don't work and we'll have to go through this again.

The top middle button does not seem to be doing anything.
Tried both in receiver and USB modes.
Looked in the manual as well, but of course it does not say anything.
I did add it just in case if anyone needs it.

This is how the remote looks and the "top middle button":

Thanks
