Where is IR.EXE download under MAIN? How is it IDENTIFIED?

Dont see anything under ...>Software>Main that says "IR.EXE" at all

It doesn't say "IR.exe", it says "IR v8.04". But if you are a new user, please be aware that IR.exe is obsolete. It has been superseded by RMIR, see this thread for information and a link to the latest version.
