Help! My newly ebay'd Nevo C2 has hit a hard lock on the home screen.
It still communicates via usb and can send and receive configurations.
Is there a way to force a full reset?
Thanks for any help! |

have you tried re-loading the first file that you saved with RMIR? _________________ Rob

Tried reloading many files. Was still locked.
But looks like I got lucky, I found a reference to holding power,1 and 3 down while inserting the batteries. That has brought it back to life! |

Phew, well, in the meantime, I took a look at the user manual and found this:
Reset
The reset screen will delete all learned functions and labels.
Devices, Activities and Favorites you have added will remain in the remote menu.- Select "RESET" from the Settings menu. The remote will display the Reset Screen.
- Click "RESET". All Learning and Labels will be deleted, and the screen will return to the Settings Screen.
