Zaaptv Model 509 remote IR code

hi, i tried the 2 files in the forum one of them was for the 409 , i load it in the sling player of PC and it did not work , tried to move the IR blaster nothing tried all the buttons did not work, any update maybe the 509 is not the same ,

i tried 3 browsers but i can't see the download button for the file am i doing something wrong ?

Please read the instructions properly, you obviously haven't done so far.

i did read and did exactely what it says , and the remote C2010_PL.bin is loaded under custom and it pope out and i press the activated buttons and nothing happen , i moved the IR blaster , and its the same

Well, you appear to have missed the part that says:
"... If you have any problems installing these files please do NOT just report back it ‘doesn’t work’, that is totally useless for someone trying to understand what is going on. So please report all of the following:...."
Your answer was :

sorry not be more spcific but here it is :
1-load it in PC and MAC under cable box -customer , C2010PL.bin.
2-tried power button and left time to check
3-tried other buttons did not work.
4-tried the one sling player on the PC and the MAC and mobile and IPAD the remote does nothing.
5-in the PC it shows under AV signal input "custom C2010
6-tried to see the white light firing from the IR blaster but i couldn't see it maybe its too fast.

Sorry, but apart from NUmber 6 that is no help at all. I specifically ask you answer 9 questions in the instructions. Why won't you do as I ask ?
And if you cannot see the flash when you look at it through a camera/mobile phone then your IR Blaster is not working so everything else is a waste of time.
So please do as I ask.

here are the answer for each point
1. What model Slingbox do you have?
350
2. Was there any error message after you typed in the Code and tapped the Test button ?
no all went well
3. Did you give the commands plenty of time to react ? (I have a DVR that takes about 6-8 seconds to power up/down)

4. If you are using a Solo did you try both BIN files ?
n/a
5. After completing the setup do any of the buttons work ?
no
6. If you are installing on a Solo or Pro-HD or older box, have you used a Digital Camera to confirm the IR Blaster is actually firing when you tap the Power button ? (Watch the tip of the IR Blaster thorugh the viewfinder while you tap a button. You should see a white (not red) flash). If you are using a 350/500 have you tried using the external blaster ?
no firing , if i used the same blaster for cable box on the same 350 it works for my cable but when i switch to input AV its not firing the white light when i press the power button ( i recorded by a iPhone )
7. Have you experimented with the placement of the IR Blaster ? On some devices this is critical so don't give up too quickly.

8. Are you sure the device is working correctly using the real remote ?

Good thanks. But I'm afraid that means I cannot do anything else as those questions cover all the possibilities I can think of.

Alan, am I reading this wrong. He's saying he is switching to input AV. Is that a selection on the slingbox? Since this upgrade is a cable box type upgrade, could this be the problem.
