Ok I received my FTDI cable, installed the Java and RMIR software and hook it up to my RCRP50BR remote and it seems to communicate with the remote as it responded from the "Download Remote" function.
Now how do I upload a image file for my devices ? I downloaded some txt files from here http://www.hifi-remote.comforumsdload.p ... y&cat_id=4 for the devices I wanted to upload to this new remote particularity a LG HDTV and Toshiba DVD player. How do I move on to this next step ?
