Getting double key pesses on Numbers and Arrow keys

I have a RCA RCRP05RB remote

It seems to be working good, but on one device upgrade i get double key presses sometimes, like 1 out of 15 presses. Mostly when pressing numbers or in the guide with the arrow keys.

The upgrade is listed in the Devices tab and when i double click it i see there are a lot of advanced settings. Protocol data, PF and PD details.

Is it possible i could tweak the upgrade to correct for the double key presses as this remote don't seem to have double press on the other devices i control with it.

Sure, it is possible. However, the method used depends on the executor. Tell us which upgrade you're using, and we can tell you how to change the behavior.

I am using the Ceton Echo upgrade from here

I have been playing with it and i think i am holding the button to long and it starts to repeat. So if i can slow down the repeat that should do it.

Some times it just starts repeating sooner then other times i think.
