Repeat Rate again

OK, this time I KNOW I don't have the answer :D

I have a user with a DSTV Explora box that is double-skipping. Now when I first analysed this device back in February it was decoding as the DSTV Explora protocol, not surprisingly. Interestingly, now I check again with my Harmony it is decoding as NEC2-f16 246:201.

I guess these 2 sides of the same coin ?

So how do I zero the repeat rate on either of those ?

Thanks

The search function helps a lot...... :D
The signals also decoded as NEC1-f16 the last time we looked at it, but it is an erroneous decode. DecodeIR doesn't know about the DSTV Explora signals. Anyway, here's the post where I provided the executor. To change it to non-repeating, follow the recipe described here.
In the current DSTV Explora case, the 7th byte is 45, so change it to 44.

Fair cop :D That's what I always complain about as well. In my defence I have written about 70 Custom Remotes since that one and at my advancing age....

Thanks again, be lost without you.
