Decode for GI DVR7

Can someone decode the ICT file at https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=12663 ? it is showing up as <unknown> in IR Scope.

It must be a very simple box as it only appears to support the numbers and CH+/-

IR Widgets are wonderful things, but they don't handle this kind of IR protocol well, because it is not modulated-- there is just a single short pulse for on, and the two off times have long durations.

That's great, many thanks. I did notice the IR didn't pulse like normally. I'll pass it on to the user.
