Here is a great resource for IR and RS-232 codes in several formats for most of the major AV Receiver makes:

awe-europe has put all the useful stuff behind a login, it's no longer available to the public.

Bad news as such, but it was not really valuable, since it had/has "just" documents collected from the vendors. The formats were in general not machine parse able.
