Requesting for Bin file for Skyworth HS8871

Hi guys,

I hope someone can help me get the remote bin file for my Slingbox SB500. I purchased mine from US amazon. The remote code is found on my Logitech Harmony 650; however i dont have the necessary hardware to extract the codes.
My digital satellite receiver is Skyworth HS8871.
