If anyone is having problems with their Filebug USB cable, please make sure you are using IR version 5.07 or later.

There was a hardware/software compatibility issue identified which was causing Filebug USB cables to be unable to upload or download with the batteries in the remote. Fortunately, the latest version of IR has resolved this problem and batteries do not have to be removed from the remote.
