JP1 Remotes

Good day. I am the possessor of a slingbox 350. I have a question if you can help me. I downloaded a slingplayer (pc) and I can't connect to it. The steps made by me: I introduced the name slingbox id user 32 characters ip router port 5201 slingbox I have a router Tp-link TL-wr542G.On the original page slingbox I can connect without problems only in slingplayer I can't connect cod error 800727C.Thank you.

Apart from being in the wrong place (should have been posted in the Slingbox area), this post does not appear to have anything to do with remotes ? So not sure why you put it here.
