Yamaha gap protocol for Atlas 1056B03 (MAXQ610 processor)?

Is there a protocol upgrade for the Atlas 1056B03 that covers Yamaha variant of the NEC 4DEV protocol? I have everything working on my receiver except the HDMI input functions which seem to use the y1 style instead of NEC.

We don't have one at present. The JP2 and later remotes use a completely different language for the executors.
