Afraid I can't help as that model is not in the Logitech Harmony IR database. The closest they have is the IOData HVR-HD but that does not many functions defined (No numbers for example),

I take it the IOData box in the File Section doesn't work ?

un… basic function it's work (power and channel up&down) , but I-O data have special function function is "channel" in their remote control , the number key in I-O data 's remote control function is [quick channel function]

Example if Press 1 , it will jump to first channel (might be channel number is 101) . Press 2 go 2nd of channel (might be channel number is 102) , Similar quick key . if you need jump to channel #200 , you must press "channel" key then just can use number key to press 200 for change channel . , So for now , I only can use l up & down to control the channel change .

anyway , It really help me lot , thanks again for help !!

Hi
If you are using sling box pro hd or above, I think hvtr-btl is supported by sling box. You just need to select japan as the region for slingbox and search for its remote.

All the Slingboxes use the same IR database so the model is irrelevant.

Hi Alan Richey

Thanks for your reply.
I have another device ( HVTR-BTCL ) it is suported by the update as link
http://answers.slingbox.com/community/whats-new/blog/2012/08/08/new-remotes-added
I try to found the IO Data manufactured in my slingbox setup assistant, but I cannot found it
The following is my step by step.

Step1. open setup assistant in slingplay 2.0.4
Step2. Select Setup your Slingbox -> setup my country as Japan
Step3. Select Configure Video Sources -> Composite -> Satellite Reciever -> The IO-Data does not show in the list.

the following img url is the screen capture.

Thanks.

You are right, my apologies. I couldn't find it on my Classic either. What I did was installed it on my Pro-HD and analysed the signals and built you a Custom Remote. I'm not 100% confident as this device uses a unique IR protocol, and whoever built the official remote must have been drunk. He/She missed a lot of buttons and mapped some of the others apparently randomly.

Give it a try. If using the installation instructions does not give you a realistiic remote let me know,

Any news. This took me a VERY long time, I would hate to think it was all wasted.
