Hi,
I am using Traditional Chinese Win2000 & OfficeXP, I can load the KM upgrade code text file, but can't save with the following error message. Any idea?

"The following error occurred while attempting to Save c:\testing.txt
1004 - Workbook class "Saveas" failure."

Another user had the same problem a while back, and this worked for him:

Office XP has an app called "Microsoft Office XP Language Settings", which can be found in the Start menu under Programs|Microsoft Office Tools. When you run it, it will display the Enabled languages. Enabling "English (U.S.)" should fix the problem.
