IR Version 4.02 is Now Available

I have just posted IR version 4.02. It fixes a problem that prevented the USB interface from working with remotes that have EEPROMs smaller than 2K. Hopefully this will not break the large EEPROM (>=4K) support. I'd appreciate getting confirmation from any of you with USB and large EEPROMs.

This version also allows you to copy the file gwiopm.sys to the Windows directory if you want to run IR from a network drive (or any drive that's not the boot drive).

When editting a Scan/Fav macro and trying to add or insert a shifted key it always puts in Key0. This is with the 2116ext2 RDF.
