RemoteMaster v0.89 now available!

I've built and released RemoteMaster v0.89
Changes for v0.89
- Fix NECx2 device translator declarations
- Fix importing of hex device parameter values
- Fix problem with indirect default values always being complemented.
- Fix exceptions when user cancels file open dialog
- Work around bug in AquaLookAndFeel preventing File->Open from working on Macs
