hi is it possible to help me to find remote control for NETA HD8400
IR binary from .xml generated by Redrat

Hi,
I have captured all of my remote keys signal using Redrat IR blaster and these are stored in .xml format.
Is there any way convert this .xml file into IR binary format which slingbox set-upn accepts??
Please help me
