I remember you need the pronto hex for these.

I found an upgrade in the file area. There wasn't anything labeled up or down, so I am guessing that these are the tuner buttons.

Using the upgrade I found the information I need to run makehex through the mdavej's makeprontohex gui interface.

I'm really surprised 108 and 109 don't work. Are you sure you are in a place where they are accepted.

Thanks, now what do those functions actually do? In other words, what do "RDS DSP" and "RDS PTY" mean?

code 87 is RDS DSP - changes the way RDS display information
code 88 is RDS PTY - I don't know what it does, on display comes out "PTY"

Thanks Pete. I just did a Google search and found this PDF that states that RDS = "Radio Data System", so I assume it's got something to do with how the radio station info gets displayed.
