Looks like Alan has already answered this here:
http://placeshiftingenthusiasts.com/for ... rage-1604/
I tried Googling this device and pretty much came up empty, so I have no idea what it even is.

Alan, the guy who answered you on that other thread, is our resident expert for things like this. What he does is, he looks up the device in the Harmony database and then loads it into his Harmony. He then learns the signals using our JP1 tools, which gives him all the code details, then he creates a Slingbox bin file using the code info.
So, if he can't find the device using the make and model that you posted, either you find us a better make and model, or you're out of luck I'm afraid.
If you still have the original remote for the device and are willing to be without it for a little while, you could send it to one of us and we could learn the codes from it.

The Lookup tool has a Mirage Satelite Receiver.
I created a Bin from that code. Give this a try.

Give this a try and let us know if any of these keys work for you.

I have the original remote. i think it's possible i get another one for loan, and send mine for someone who could create a bin file from the original.
i have also another remote i can learn the codes and work with it instead
who can do that for all mirage user's
i have the information that 1504, 1604 and 1704 work with the same remote, so if anyone could creat that bin codes will help all mirage's users

Have you tried contacting the company themselves? It really varies by company how helpful they are, but sometimes they have the technical docs on the signals and are willing to share them, sometimes they are willing to send a spare remote themselves to people to get the signals learned.
Are you located in Portugal? If so, it might be better to mail the remote to someone in the UK rather than mailing it to the States.
